The 2-Step Model has a 12% maximum static drawdown. The limit remains fixed and does not change as your account balance increases, giving you a clear and consistent risk boundary throughout the evaluation.
What is the daily drawdown limit?
The daily drawdown limit is 5% for the 2-Step Model. It is calculated using the highest balance or equity recorded at 5:00 PM EST each trading day. Be sure to monitor your intraday exposure carefully to stay within this limit.
What are the profit target
The profit target for the 2-Step Model is 8% in Phase 1 and 6% in Phase 2. These targets must be achieved while complying with all applicable drawdown limits and trading rules.
