The NLF Safeguard is a risk-management mechanism designed to help protect Giveaway Accounts from excessive floating losses.

For Giveaway Accounts, the Safeguard threshold is 1% of the account's initial balance.

If your floating loss reaches the 1% Safeguard threshold, the Safeguard will be triggered and the affected trade(s) may be automatically closed.

The event will be classified as a soft breach, and the account will be reviewed by the NLF Risk Team. Depending on the nature, frequency, and severity of the violation, actions may include:

- Account review

- Account reset

- Profit split adjustment

- Trading restrictions

- In serious cases, a hard breach

Traders are expected to maintain disciplined risk management practices at all times and remain fully compliant with NLF's trading standards and risk policies.

Example: On a $50,000 Giveaway Account, the 1% Safeguard threshold is $500. If the account reaches $500 in floating loss, the NLF Safeguard will be triggered.

Yes. Weekend holding and news trading are permitted on Instant Funding Flex Accounts.

However, if you earn more than 0.5% profit from trades executed during a red folder news event, any profit above 0.5% generated from those news trades will be deducted during the payout review process.

For example, if you make 1.2% profit from news trading, only 0.5% will be counted, and the remaining 0.7% will be deducted from your payout. All other trading rules and risk management requirements must also be followed.

The maximum risk permitted on any single trade is 1% of the account balance.

Exceeding this limit is considered a violation of the account rules and may result in profit adjustments, account resets, or a hard breach, depending on the severity of the violation.

Yes. All trades must have a Stop Loss in place. While it does not need to be set when the trade is opened, it must be added before the position is closed.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in profit adjustments, account resets, or other actions deemed necessary by the Payout Processing Team.

Yes. The maximum payout per request depends on your account size:

Once a payout has been processed, traders may continue requesting future payouts as long as they remain eligible and comply with all trading rules.

Instant Funding Flex Accounts offer unlimited payouts. Traders may request payouts whenever they meet all payout eligibility requirements.

To become eligible for payouts on Instant Funding Flex Accounts, traders must complete 10 separate qualifying trades, with each trade generating a minimum profit of 0.5%.

To have multiple qualifying trades count on the same trading day, each trade must be fully closed before opening the next trade. If a new trade is opened before the previous trade has been closed, those trades will not both count toward the qualifying trade requirement.

Since Trade 1 was fully closed before Trade 2 was opened, both trades count toward the 10 qualifying trades requirement.

Trade 2: Open (while Trade 1 is still open)

Trade 1: Close (+0.6%)

Trade 2: Close (+0.5%)

Since the trades overlapped, they will not both count toward the 10 qualifying trades requirement.

After each payout, the qualifying trade requirement resets and must be completed again before becoming eligible for future payouts.
