Each trader is strictly limited to a single identity across all accounts. The use of multiple emails or attempting multiple KYC verifications while being the same individual is strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of our rules. Such behavior may result in immediate account termination and can lead to a permanent ban from Next Level Funded (NLF).

In addition, third-party payments and payouts are not allowed under any circumstances. All deposits, withdrawals, and payout methods (including crypto wallets address or RISE IDs) must belong solely to the account holder. Using any payment method that does not match the verified account identity is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure and forfeiture of services.

Copy trading of any kind is strictly prohibited across all accounts, including both evaluation and funded stages. In addition, the use of trading signals or signal services is not allowed. All trading decisions must be made independently by the account holder without external trade instructions or third-party influence.

Any violation of this policy may result in account termination in accordance with Next Level Funded’s risk management and compliance standards.

The use of VPNs, VPS services, proxies, or any similar tools that mask or alter a trader’s real location is strictly prohibited across all accounts, including both evaluation and funded stages.

For security, compliance, and system integrity purposes, all trading activity must be conducted using a stable and authentic internet connection that reflects the trader’s actual geographical location. Any attempt to conceal, modify, or route location data through external services may result in immediate account review, restriction, or termination.

Yes. All trades executed on Intermediate Accounts must include a valid stop loss. Traders are responsible for ensuring that appropriate risk protection is in place at the time of trade execution.

Yes. A stop loss is mandatory for all trades placed on the $10,000 Beginner Account. Traders must have a valid stop loss set at the time a trade is executed.

The $10K Beginner Account is designed for traders who want to start their funded trading journey with a lower entry balance and beginner-friendly conditions. It provides traders with access to a $10,000 funded account while helping them build consistency, discipline, and risk management skills. This account is ideal for new and developing traders looking to gain experience in a structured trading environment.

This account can only be purchased once and cannot be bought again after purchase.

Certain rule violations, including News Trading Violations, Mandatory Stop Loss Violations, and the 2-Minute Rule etc, are tracked under a soft breach system.

If a trader accumulates a total of 5 violations combined across these rules, the account will be considered hard breached.

For example:

• 1 News Trading Violation
• 2 Mandatory Stop Loss Violations
• 2 Violations of the 2-Minute Rule

     = 5 total violations → Hard Breach

The Payout Processing Team also reserves the right to take actions such as profit adjustments, account resets, or other necessary measures depending on the severity of the violations.

To pass your account, one of the required criteria is achieving a minimum of 3 profitable trading days.

To meet this, you must generate a profit of at least 0.5% of your account balance on three separate trading days for both 1 & 2 Step Accounts.

For 3 Step Accounts you will only need to produce a 0.5% of your account balance on three separate trading days. For Payouts & Live Accounts - Traders will still need to abide by this rule depending on their respected accounts in order to make a withdrawal. After each payout there minimum Trading Days will Reset each time which must be achieved again to be eligible for any future payouts…

All Trading Days are based off of the 00:00 UTC Timezone - We request all traders get comfortable with following all information and data related to their account via their dashboard & not the MatchTrader Platform. A trading day is always based off of 00:00 UTC, not the Timezone you are in!

The calculation for the minimum profitable day criteria is based on the amount of profits recorded between 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC.

After successfully passing Phase 1 or Phase 2, your account will enter a review process before being moved to the next stage.

This review can take up to 48 hours at maximum. Once the review is completed and your account is approved, you will automatically receive access to the next phase or funded account.

All Special Accounts are 2-Step accounts, except for the $25,000 account, which is available in both 1-Step and 2-Step options.
